Group menu items, real catering prices, where you can order, and how much food to get for your crowd.

This is an independent guide, not Hardee's official catering page. Hardee's restaurants are mostly franchised, so catering options and prices change from store to store. Always confirm with your local restaurant.
Does Hardee's Cater?
Yes, but not the way big chains like Chick-fil-A do. Hardee's doesn't run a national catering program, and hardees.com has no catering page.
Instead, you have three options:
- Group-size items on the regular menu. 12-packs of biscuits and tender boxes are listed on Hardee's menu like any other item.
- ezCater. Four Hardee's locations take catering orders with delivery through ezCater.
- Call your local store. Many stores will prepare a large order if you give them notice.

As of October 2026, four Hardee's restaurants list catering on ezCater. Each asks for orders by the day before and has a $50 minimum for delivery.

If you're not near one of these, you can still place a big order directly with your local Hardee's. You just won't get the ezCater delivery and invoicing.

Catering prices can run higher than the counter. The Apple Turnover, for example, is $1.49 on ezCater but about $1.00 in the restaurant.

How Much Food per Person

For a mixed group, order about 1.5 biscuits per person. Leftover biscuits keep better than leftover tenders.
Add one half gallon of tea or drink for every 4 people, and one coffee box for every 9 at breakfast.

How to Order
Regular order
Order 12-packs and tender boxes like any menu item, online or at the store. Best for groups under 20.
ezCater
Delivery from the four listed stores. Order by the day before; $50 delivery minimum.
Call the store
For bigger or custom orders anywhere else. Give at least a day's notice.
Mind the clock
Breakfast items stop at 10:30 AM. Plan pickup or delivery well before then.
Tips for a Smooth Order
- Biscuits travel well. They hold heat and texture better than fried food. Good for drives over 15 minutes.
- Vent the tender box. Crack the lid on the way so steam doesn't soften the breading.
- Order extra sauce. One sauce per 3 tenders is a safe ratio for a group.
- Remember ice and utensils. Neither comes with ezCater orders by default.
- Plan for allergies. Biscuits contain milk and wheat. Check the calorie calculator for allergen details on each item.

Can I order Hardee's catering for breakfast after 10:30 AM?+
No. Breakfast catering items are listed as available until 10:30 AM, the same as the regular breakfast menu. Schedule breakfast pickup or delivery for early morning.
How far ahead should I order?+
The ezCater listings ask for orders by the day before. For a walk-in large order at any other store, calling a day ahead is a good idea.
Are plates, cups and utensils included?+
No. On ezCater, utensils cost extra ($1.00 to $1.50) and ice for gallon drinks is $2.59.
