This is the only plated meal on the menu. It comes with a scratch biscuit and gravy, two eggs, Hash Rounds and a choice of bacon, ham or sausage.

It's a full meal for most adults. Per Hardee's nutrition guide, the bacon and ham versions are 970 calories and the sausage version is 1,090.

Platters travel poorly. Eggs and gravy cool fast in a box, so this one is best eaten inside the restaurant.

Both burritos come with Hash Rounds rolled inside and a packet of Texas Pete hot sauce.

• Loaded Breakfast Burrito ($5.29): Sausage, bacon and ham folded into an omelet, plus cheddar. 810 calories.
• Sausage, Egg & Cheese Burrito ($4.99): Sausage patties, folded eggs and cheddar. 930 calories.

The cheaper sausage burrito is actually the heavier of the two.

The brioche sandwiches use the same fillings as several biscuits, on a soft toasted bun. They're lighter.

The Bacon, Egg & Cheese Brioche is 420 calories. The same fillings on a biscuit come to 530. It's also $0.30 cheaper at $3.99.

The Frisco uses toasted sourdough with a folded egg and both American and Swiss cheese. You pick bacon, sausage or ham.

At $4.99 it's a good choice if you want something closer to a diner sandwich than a drive-thru biscuit.
